Job summary

Ampersand Therapy LLC is hiring School Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for a Puyallup, WA school-based role for the 2026-2027 year. This in-person position serves K-12 with a 1.0 FTE full-year commitment. You will evaluate, treat, and document services while collaborating with SPED teams.

CF-SLPs are encouraged to apply and will receive supervision and mentorship. Competitive benefits accompany a 0.8–1.0 FTE arrangement, with a focus on supporting therapists in schools.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• WA state SLP license required.
• WA ESA Certificate or eligible to apply.
• Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply and may receive supervision and mentorship.

Responsibilities
