Job summary

AdviniaCare at Vinnin Square is seeking a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our interdisciplinary rehabilitation team in Salem, MA. You will design and implement personalized treatment plans to promote independence, safety, and quality of life for residents.

Qualifications

• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in good standing.
• Massachusetts licensure or eligibility required.
• Prior experience in long-term care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assess resident needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement and modify treatment plans to address physical, cognitive, and emotional needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to coordinate care.
• Educate residents and families on therapeutic exercises and techniques.
• Monitor and report on resident progress and outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care.
