Job summary

AdviniaCare Oakland Grove is seeking a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our rehabilitation team in Woonsocket, Rhode Island. You will assess residents, design and implement personalized treatment plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to promote independence and quality of life.

The role requires an active SLP license and a commitment to documenting progress and educating residents and families on therapeutic techniques.

Qualifications

• Licensed SLP with active license to practice (Rhode Island).
• Experience in outpatient/rehabilitation settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess resident needs and develop individualized treatment plans to achieve goals.
• Implement and modify treatment plans to address physical, cognitive, and emotional needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure coordination of care.
• Educate residents and their families on therapeutic exercises and techniques.
• Monitor and report on resident progress and outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care.
