AdviniaCare is seeking a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our interdisciplinary team. You will design and implement personalized treatment plans to help residents achieve higher levels of communication, safety, and independence, working closely with rehabilitation colleagues.

The role requires licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist and involves collaborating with families to educate and empower residents.

Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Assess resident needs and develop individualized treatment plans to achieve goals
• Implement and modify treatment plans to address physical, cognitive, and emotional needs
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure coordination of care
• Educate residents and their families on therapeutic exercises and techniques
• Monitor and report on resident progress and outcomes
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care
