Job summary

AdviniaCare in Salem, MA is seeking a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our interdisciplinary team. In this role you will design and implement personalized treatment plans that promote independence, safety, and quality of life for residents.

You will work closely with rehabilitation colleagues to address physical, cognitive, and communication goals, educate families, monitor progress, and maintain accurate records while contributing to a supportive, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed SLP with proper certification.
• Strong skills in assessment and treatment planning.
• Experience working in interdisciplinary healthcare teams.

Responsibilities

• Assess resident needs and develop individualized treatment plans to achieve goals
• Implement and modify treatment plans to address physical, cognitive, and emotional needs
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure coordination of care
• Educate residents and their families on therapeutic exercises and techniques
• Monitor and report on resident progress and outcomes
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care
