Job description

This full-time Speech‑Language Pathologist role involves providing direct patient care to optimize speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing functions within a skilled nursing facility setting.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, delivering therapies, documenting progress, and communicating with interdisciplinary teams, patients, and families.
• Supervises clinical staff, ensures compliance with regulatory documentation standards, and manages billing and approval processes.
• Contributes to team collaboration by integrating findings, participating in meetings, and educating staff and families.
• Maintains current clinical knowledge through continuing education and professional development activities.
