Job summary

Advanced Behavioral Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to help children with autism spectrum disorder improve communication. The role involves conducting assessments, creating individualized treatment plans, and delivering one-on-one and small group speech therapy sessions at our Powell and Reynoldsburg, OH centers.

Collaborate with ABA team members, provide caregiver training, and ensure compliant documentation while staying current with best practices in the field.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active and unrestricted license as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Ohio.
• Active license with the Ohio Department of Education, or willingness to obtain.
• Experience working with toddler age children, particularly those with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and methodologies is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

Education

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

Licensed SLP in Ohio

Ohio Department of Education license or willing to obtain

Experience with toddlers with autism/developmental disabilities (preferred)

Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)

Strong communication and teamwork

Work Location: In-person at our 2 centers (Powell & Reynoldsburg OH)
