Advanced Behavioral Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support children with ASD in Columbus, Ohio. The role focuses on conducting speech and language assessments, developing individualized plans, and delivering sessions in-person at our Columbus centers.
The position requires a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and active licensure in Ohio, with collaboration across the ABA team and family training to enhance communication skills.

As a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP), you will play a crucial role in helping children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) improve their communication skills.
As a Speech Pathologist, you will conduct speech and language assessments for children with ASD, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and provide speech therapy sessions in one-on-one and small group settings. You will work closely with Behavior Analysts and other team members to integrate speech and language goals with ABA programs, provide parent and caregiver training, and document progress and maintain accurate records. You will also participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and stay current with best practices in speech therapy and behavior analysis.
