Job summary

Rapid City Area Schools is seeking Speech Language Pathologists for the 2026-27 school year. You will provide comprehensive speech-language therapy services to hearing, speech, and language impaired students within our district guidelines.

This on-site position in Rapid City requires collaboration with educators and families to support communication goals. Bonus eligible with staged bonuses totaling 4,500 over three years.

Job description

Rapid City Area Schools is currently looking for additional Speech Language Pathologists for the 2026-27 School Year.

You will provide comprehensive speech/language therapy services to hearing, speech, and/or language impaired children according to the policies of the federal government, the state of South Dakota and our school district.

This position has been designated as High Needs/Difficult to fill, so it is bonus eligible. Please see the bonus structure below:

First Year of Employment = $1,500 Bonus
Second Year of Employment = $1,500 Bonus
Third Year of Employment = $1,500 Bonus
