Job summary

Ampersand Therapy is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year in the North Phoenix, AZ area. The role is in-person, full-time, and supports PreK-6th grade caseloads with a focus on school-based outcomes.

We offer mentorship, a W-2 with liability insurance, healthcare benefits, and 401(k) with company match. Licensure and CEU reimbursements are provided along with site mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Arizona SLP educator license active.
• Fingerprint clearance card required.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech therapy services in the school setting.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams.
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills.
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records.
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

What We're Looking For
