Job summary

Westside Children's Therapy is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to support children from birth to 18 in a collaborative, joyful setting. You’ll develop and implement individualized treatment plans and work with a multidisciplinary team, including OTs, PTs, counselors, and ABA professionals, to help kids communicate effectively.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in SLP from an accredited program.
• Praxis exam passed for SLP.
• CFY completed.
• Illinois licensure or license-elig eligible.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and implement treatment plans for pediatric clients, from birth to age 18.
• Create client-specific goals focused on effective communication.
• Provide support and guidance to families enabling them to foster treatment practices.

Education

Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program

Pass the Praxis Examination in Speech-Language Pathology

Completion of your Clinical Fellowship Year

SLP licensure or license eligible, in the state of Illinois

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and implement treatment plans for pediatric clients, from birth to age 18

• Provide support and guidance to the clients’ family enabling them to foster the behaviors and practices implemented in treatment

Qualifications
