Job summary

Westside Children's Therapy in Shorewood, IL is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to support pediatric clients from birth to 18. You will develop and implement individualized treatment plans and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote communication skills.

Eligible candidates hold a Master’s in SLP, have passed the Praxis, completed a CFY, and are licensed or license-eligible in Illinois. The role offers mentorship, a competitive salary, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Pass the Praxis Examination in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year.
• SLP licensure or license eligible, in the state of Illinois.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and implement treatment plans for pediatric clients, from birth to age 18.
• Create client specific goals focused on effective communication, utilizing verbal and non‑verbal communication skills.
• Provide support and guidance to the clients’ family enabling them to foster the behaviors and practices implemented in treatment.
