Job summary

Westside Children's Therapy in Geneva, IL seeks a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to serve pediatric clients from birth to 18. You will prepare and implement treatment plans, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and support families to reinforce communication goals.

The role is full-time in Geneva with a competitive salary ranging from $68,000 to $101,500, plus bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental & vision, 401(k) match, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Praxis Examination in Speech-Language Pathology (Pass the Praxis).
• Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year.
• SLP licensure or license eligible in Illinois.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and implement treatment plans for pediatric clients, from birth to age 18.
• Create client specific goals focused on effective communication, utilizing verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
• Provide support and guidance to the clients’ family enabling them to foster the behaviors and practices implemented in treatment.
