Job summary

Westside Children's Therapy in Carol Stream, IL is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to support pediatric clients from birth to 18, developing individualized plans and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team including OT, PT, and counselors.

You will implement evidence-based interventions, monitor progress, and engage families to reinforce skills at home, while growing professionally through mentorship and specialized training.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Pass the Praxis Examination in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Completion of your Clinical Fellowship Year.
• SLP licensure or license eligible, in the state of Illinois.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and implement treatment plans for pediatric clients, from birth to age 18.
• Create client specific goals focused on effective communication, utilizing verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
• Provide support and guidance to the clients’ family enabling them to foster the behaviors and practices implemented in treatment.

• Salary Range: $68,000 - $101,500, aligned with skills and experience
• Realistic Productivity Expectations: 25 Direct Treatment Hours per Week
