Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient operations complying with policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with rehab director on scheduling and staff performance monitoring.
• Ensure staff adhere to compliance regulations and documentation standards.
• Maintain a partial clinical caseload as directed by rehab director.

• 1.Responsible in assisting the rehab director’s overall supervision of the rehab department including all physical, occupational, and speech therapists, as well as therapy aides.

• 3.Assisting therapy staff in problem solving through patient needs and modifying treatment programs as necessary.
• 4.Ensures efficient and effective operations adhering to policies and procedures.
