Qualifications

• Valid NY professional license.

• Graduated from an approved Occupational, Physical, or Speech Pathology program.

Responsibilities

• Assist rehab director’s supervision of rehab dept and therapists and therapy aides.
• Demonstrate leadership to guide and manage therapy staff and foster a positive atmosphere.
• Assist staff in problem solving and adapting treatment plans to patient needs.
• Ensure efficient operations complying with policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with rehab director on scheduling and staff performance monitoring.
• Ensure staff adhere to compliance regulations and documentation standards.
• Maintain a partial clinical caseload as directed by rehab director.
• Ensure therapy staff adhere to documentation standards and guidelines.
