• Ensure efficient department operations and adherence to facility policies
• Collaborate with Rehab Director on scheduling and department needs
• Promote regulatory compliance and documentation standards
• Maintain a partial clinical caseload as determined by Rehab Director
• Support quality and timeliness of clinical documentation

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Rehab Director in the supervision and support of the rehabilitation department, including occupational, physical, and speech therapists, as well as therapy aides
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and clinical guidance to therapy staff
• Support team members with patient care needs, treatment planning, and problem-solving
• Help ensure efficient department operations and adherence to facility policies and procedures
• Collaborate with the Rehab Director regarding scheduling and departmental needs
