Job summary

Kennedy-Donovan Center (KDC) is hiring an Early Intervention Speech-Language Pathologist to work with infants and toddlers birth to 3 and their families across Massachusetts. You will provide home, community, and group-based EI services, partner with families to set IFSP goals, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Flexible full-time (30+ hours) or part-time options available, with a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and licensure requirements.
• Flexibility with scheduling including occasional evenings.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

As an Early Intervention Speech-Language Pathologist, you’ll work with infants and toddlers (birth to age 3) and their caregivers to support developmental growth through family-centered, evidence-based practices. Required Qualifications:

Must meet the required degree, licensure, and certification standards as defined in the Early Intervention Operational Standards. Flexibility in scheduling is required, including occasional evenings. Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication Skills. Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Other Required Documentation software. CPR/First Aid Certified (or ability to obtain certification within designated timeframe). Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel extensively.

Working Environment

This position is community-based and requires travel to homes and community settings. Candidates must be comfortable working in a variety of environments and utilizing technology for documentation and communication.
