Birch Agency is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for multiple Illinois-based school locations. You will conduct evaluations, develop plans, and deliver therapy while collaborating with educators and families to support student success.

The role requires a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology and active IL SLP licensure. PEL with SLP endorsement or CCC-SLP eligibility is preferred; school-based experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active Illinois SLP licensure.
• PEL with SLP endorsement preferred or CCC-SLP eligible.
• Previous school-based experience preferred.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Conduct speech-language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to support student success.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning.
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation.
• Support students in developing communication skills for academic and social growth.

• Previous school-based experience preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
