Point Quest Group is hiring a Speech Language Pathologist for a school-based role in Mitchell, IN. You will evaluate, plan and deliver services to K-12 students, collaborating with teachers and families to drive progress and ensure IEP alignment. A school-year schedule and in-house clinical support back the position.

Speech therapy in a school is where you see the whole picture, the same students, the same team, all year long. As an SLP with Point Quest, you’ll evaluate, plan, and deliver services that help K-12 students communicate and thrive, partnering closely with teachers and families to make progress stick. Spread Pay options available
Conduct formalized and dynamic assessments to determine eligibility and level of functioning
Develop and coordinate treatment plans with interdisciplinary team members
Provide direct speech therapy services aligned with IEP goals
Complete and maintain compliant IEPs; participate in annual and triennial reviews
Consult with teachers and families to support generalization of communication skills
Maintain accurate therapy notes, assessment data, and progress documentation
Supervise and support SLPAs, including monitoring supervision hours (if applicable)
Current Speech Language Pathologist license in the state where services are delivered (or eligibility to obtain)
Indiana Department of Education SLP license
Criminal and DCS background checks
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
One year of experience in speech therapy
Knowledge of evidence-based practices and special education programs
Experience with school-based caseload management
Environment : Occasional exposure to dust, pollen, and fumes.
Activity : Frequent engagement in tasks such as reaching, handling, standing, walking, and lifting items up to 50 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodations.
Sensory : Ability to perform essential job functions with or without assistive devices or accommodations, including working in moderate to high noise levels.
