McCall Rehabilitation & Care Center in McCall, ID is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist for our in-house rehab program. Join an experienced therapy team focused on geriatric recovery and provide evaluation, treatment, and discharge planning.

The role requires licensure as an SLP; all experience levels considered. A $4,000 sign-on bonus and benefits package support professional growth and work-life balance.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders and create care plans.
• Deliver rehabilitative treatment for speech, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
• Evaluate outcomes and modify services; refer as needed.
• Provide counseling to patients, families, and other providers related to speech disorders.
• Generate discharge summaries in accordance with regulations and clinical requirements.

McCall Rehabilitation & Care Center in McCall, ID is a post-acute care facility with long-term care, short-term care, and geriatric services provided. We can offer a stable and fun in‑house therapy team to work with as well as excellent programs serving our geriatric clientele in their journey to recovery. We are currently seeking a full time Speech‑Language Pathologist for our in‑house rehab program!

Key Responsibilities:

• Screen and evaluate patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders, developing appropriate care plans following regulatory and clinical standards.
• Deliver rehabilitative treatment to patients with communication, cognitive, and/or swallowing disorders, ensuring compliance with regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
• Evaluate treatment outcomes, modifying services based on patient evaluation and making referrals as needed.
• Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers related to speech disorders.
• Generate comprehensive discharge summaries in adherence to regulatory and clinical requirements.

Qualifications:

Speech‑Language Pathologist license is required.
This position is open to SLPs at all experience levels
