Job summary

Ampersand Therapy is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year in the Marana, AZ area. This in-person, full-time position serves roughly 60-70 students across 3 high school sites, with an itinerant schedule and a focus on collaboration with school teams.

You will develop IEP goals, provide therapy services, and maintain documentation while partnering with teachers and families to ensure carryover of skills.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology required.
• Active Arizona SLP License required.
• Active Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card required.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech therapy services in the school setting.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams.
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills.
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records.
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
