Job summary

Ampersand Therapy LLC invites qualified Speech Language Pathologists to join our in-person, full-time team in Yuma, AZ for the 2026-2027 school year. Elementary caseload in a school setting with collaborative teams.

Develop and implement IEP goals, provide therapy, participate in meetings, and support teachers and families to ensure skill carryover. Competitive pay, benefits, and professional support are offered.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology is required.
• Active Arizona SLP License (or CFY).
• Active Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech therapy services in the school setting.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams.
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills.
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records.
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
