Ampersand Therapy is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year in Yuma, AZ. This full-time, in-person role serves an elementary caseload in a supportive, therapist-run company focused on mentorship and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology required.
• Active Arizona SLP license (or CFY) and fingerprint clearance card.
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech therapy services in the school setting.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams.
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records.
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
