Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Speech Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year in the Marana, AZ area. The position is in-person and itinerant across 3 high school sites with a total caseload of 60–70 students.

The ideal candidate has a Master's in Speech Language Pathology, an active AZ SLP license, and an AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card. Competitive hourly pay and full benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Active Arizona SLP license required or eligible.
• Active AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card required or eligible.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech therapy services in the school setting.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams.
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills.
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records.
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
