Job summary

Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time, in-person, school-based role in Belfair, WA. You will work with an early childhood caseload and collaborate with a local, therapist-founded team.

The position requires WA licensure, ESA certificate, and ASHA CCCs, with competitive pay up to $75 per hour plus benefits including paid sick leave, 401(k), licensure reimbursements, and more.

Responsibilities

• Provide school-based SLP services in person for an early childhood caseload.
• Full-time 1.0 FTE, 37.5 hours per week.
• Evaluate students; conduct eval results meetings and IEPs before and after the school day.
• Support Developmental Preschool, itinerant services, and Child Find/Transition to Kindergarten as caseload allows.

Come work with a local, woman- and therapist-founded and run company! Ampersand Therapy is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for a full-time school-based positions in Belfair, WA.

Position Details:

• In-person, school-based role, early childhood caseload!
• Full-time 1.0 FTE, Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours/week
• Determine to evaluate, eval results meetings and IEPs happen before and after student day.
• Developmental Preschool, Itinerant services, Child Find Evaluations and possibly Transition to Kindergarten support pending caseload numbers

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Washington state SLP license (or willingness to obtain)
• Washington ESA (Educational Staff Associate) Certificate
• ASHA CCCs
