Job summary

Legacy Healthcare Services is hiring a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to work either full-time or PRN in Lakeland, Florida. This position allows you to build relationships with senior patients while promoting their well-being in a supportive team environment.

The role involves evaluating and treating patients for swallowing disorders and communication impairments. Benefits include a flexible Monday–Friday schedule, 401(k), and comprehensive insurance options.

A Master’s degree in speech-language pathology and a current state license are required for candidates.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree from an accredited speech‑language pathology program.
  • Current state license as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) or ability to obtain before starting employment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills.

  • Offer one‑on‑one treatment sessions with a functional‑based approach, ensuring each patient receives individualized attention.
