Job summary

Temporary Staffing Professionals is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for an on-site contract in Lake Villa, IL. You will deliver direct therapy, conduct evaluations, and support students with speech and language needs within a school setting.

You will collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and monitor treatment plans, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with IEPs and state regulations.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active IL SLP license required; ASHA CCCs preferred.
• School-based experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of IEP processes and special education compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals.
• Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations and write detailed reports.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation and service logs in compliance with district and state guidelines.
• Support students with articulation, fluency, voice, and language disorders.
• Provide consultative support to staff regarding speech and language strategies.
• Ensure services align with state and federal special education regulations.
