Speech-Language Pathologist – Elementary School

Grade Levels: PreK–5th Grade
We are seeking a full‑time Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) to join an elementary school team in Lake Villa, IL for the 2026–2027 school year. This onsite role provides the opportunity to work with a diverse population of students from PreK through 5th grade in a collaborative educational environment.
- Start Date: August 17, 2026
- End Date: June 3, 2027
- Schedule: Approximately 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Employment Type: Full‑time
- Work Setting: Onsite
Caseload & Responsibilities
- Provide speech and language services to students in PreK–5th grade
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Support IEP development and goal implementation
- Deliver direct therapy services and progress monitoring
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary team members
- Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with state and district requirements
Required Qualifications
- Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR) Licensure
- Professional Educator License (PEL)
Compensation
$60,000 – $70,000 annual salary (based on experience)
