Job summary

Point Quest Group is hiring a Speech Language Pathologist to provide services in K-12 settings in Lake Station, Indiana. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver direct therapy to help students access their education and improve communication.

This full-time, school-based position offers hourly pay of $44–$54, full benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k)), paid time off, CEU/license reimbursement, tuition assistance, and spread pay options.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active SLP license in Indiana or be eligible to obtain one.
• Experience in school-based settings is preferred; clinical fellows welcome.
• Strong organization and interpersonal skills; able to work with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct formal and dynamic assessments to determine eligibility and function level.
• Develop and coordinate treatment plans with interdisciplinary teams.
• Provide direct SLP services aligned with IEP goals in K–12 settings.
• Complete and maintain compliant IEPs and participate in reviews.
• Maintain therapy notes, assessment data, and progress documentation.
