Job summary

Point Quest Group is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to provide school-based services in Lafayette, Indiana. You will assess, plan, and deliver direct therapy to students in a K-12 setting, coordinating with teachers and families to meet IEP goals.

Current Indiana SLP licensure is required or eligibility. Strong communication, organization, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams are essential.

Qualifications

  • Current SLP license in the state of service (or eligible)
  • Criminal and DCS background checks required
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Preferred: 1 year of school-based SLP experience; DOE certification; knowledge of EBP; school-based caseload management

Responsibilities

  • Conduct formalized assessments to determine eligibility and functioning level
  • Develop and coordinate IEP-aligned treatment plans
  • Provide direct speech therapy aligned with goals
  • Complete and maintain compliant IEPs; participate in reviews
  • Collaborate with teachers and families to generalize skills
  • Maintain therapy notes, data, and progress documentation
  • Supervise SLPAs and monitor supervision hours (if applicable)

Job Title:Speech Language PathologistPay Range:$41-54/HourJob Description:26-27 School Year | $41-$54/hour | Full-Time | Lafayette, IN | School-Based | SLP and Indiana Educators License requiredAbout the Role: Provide speech and language therapy services to students in K-12 school settings. You'll conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver direct therapy to help students improve communication skills and access their education.
