Job summary

Candor Consulting & Diagnostics seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to evaluate and support students with communication needs in educational settings. You will develop evidence-based interventions and collaborate with ARD teams to align with IEP goals.

The role includes delivering therapy or supervising assistants, documenting progress, and communicating findings clearly to families and district staff. Strong licensure and CCC-SLP are required.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Active Texas SLP license.
  • ASHA CCC-SLP certification.
  • Bilingual skills preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations.
  • Share evaluation findings with parents and district personnel.
  • Collaborate with ARD committee to create targeted, evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
  • Deliver therapy services directly or supervise Speech-Language Pathology Assistants on implementing IEP goals.
  • Maintain accurate, detailed records of student progress and adjust interventions as needed.
  • Participate in ARD meetings, parent conferences, and other discussions to advocate for students’ special education programs.

Your Role:
