Job summary

Candor Consulting & Diagnostics is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist in Texas to evaluate and support students’ speech-language needs within school settings. You will collaborate with ARD teams, deliver or supervise therapy, and monitor progress to ensure effective IEP outcomes.

The role emphasizes compliance with state licensure requirements and ASHA CCC-SLP credentials, with flexible scheduling including FT/PT/AS-NEED options for work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active Texas license to practice as an SLP.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification.
• Bilingual skills preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate needs: conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations.
• Communicate findings to parents and district personnel with clear communication.
• Develop interventions with ARD committee for evidence-based practices.
• Provide therapy or supervise SLP Assistants toward IEP goals.
• Monitor progress with detailed records and adjust interventions as needed.
• Support ARD meetings and parent conferences to advocate for students' PEP plans.

Your Role:
