Job summary

Candor Consulting & Diagnostics is seeking a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist in Texas to empower students within the school setting. You will evaluate needs, communicate findings, and collaborate on targeted interventions that improve access to education.

You will provide therapy services or supervise assistants, monitor progress, and participate in ARD meetings to advocate for students’ needs and success.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.
• Active license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Texas.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification.

Your Role:

Provide Therapy: Deliver therapy services directly or supervise Speech-Language Pathology Assistants in implementing IEP goals.

Monitor Progress:Maintain accurate, detailed records of student progress and use data to adjust interventions as needed.

Support Team: Participate in ARD meetings, parent conferences, and other relevant discussions to advocate for and support students’ special education programs.
