Job summary

Candor Consulting & Diagnostics seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to support students in Texas schools, evaluating needs and delivering evidence-based therapy within IEP goals. You will communicate results to parents and district staff, collaborating with the ARD committee to plan targeted interventions.

You may deliver therapy directly or supervise assistants, maintain progress records, and use data to refine approaches, while advocating for students’ access to education.

• Master’s degree in an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.

• Maintain accurate, detailed records of student progress and use data to adjust interventions as needed.
• Participate in ARD meetings, parent conferences, and other relevant discussions to advocate for and support students’ special education programs.

What We’re Looking For:

• Education:Master’s degree or higher from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.
• Licensure:Active license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Texas.
• Certification:ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
• Language Proficiency:Bilingual skills preferred but not required.
