Job summary

Ampersand Therapy in Kansas City, MO is hiring a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2026-2027 school year. This is a full-time, in-person role in a school setting, and we welcome Clinical Fellows (CFs) and experienced SLPs to apply.

Mentorship and support are provided. Responsibilities include delivering speech-language therapy, conducting evaluations, writing reports, developing IEP goals, and collaborating with families and educators.

Qualifications

• Must hold Missouri State SLP license or ability to obtain quickly.
• MoPro licensure is required or in progress.
• Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply.

Ampersand Therapy is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for the 2026-2027 school year in *Kansas City, Missouri* . We're a therapist-operated company that puts clinicians and students first. This is an in-person position in a school setting, and we welcome both Clinical Fellows (CFs) and experienced SLPs to apply. New to schools? No problem; we provide mentorship and support!

Job Highlights:

• Position: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Schedule: Full Time
• School Year: 2026-2027
• In-person only
• Pay up to $55/hour

Responsibilities:

• Provide speech-language therapy services in a school setting
• Conduct evaluations and write reports
