Job summary

Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year in Grandview, MO. This in-person, school-based role is full-time and offers mentorship for CFs.

You will provide therapy in a school setting, complete evaluations, write reports, develop IEP goals, collaborate with teams, and manage documentation. Missouri licensure required or able to obtain quickly; MoPro licensure also required.

• Valid Missouri State SLP license (or ability to obtain quickly).
• Valid MoPro Licensure.

Responsibilities

Ampersand Therapy is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for the 2026-2027 school year in Grandview, Missouri . We're a therapist-operated company that puts clinicians and students first. This is an in-person position in a school setting, and we welcome both Clinical Fellows (CFs) and experienced SLPs to apply. New to schools? No problem; we provide mentorship and support!

Job Highlights:

• School Year: 2026-2027

• Pay up to $55/hour
