A dedicated educational staffing agency is seeking Speech-Language Pathologists to support K–12 students across Texas. Candidates must have an active Texas SLP license and a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology. This role offers remote, hybrid, and on-site positions with hourly pay starting at $50+, based on experience. Qualifications

  • Active Texas SLP license required.
  • CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) required.
  • Experience with K–12 populations preferred.
  • Must carry professional liability insurance for remote.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech and language needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with teachers and parents.
  • Provide direct therapy services addressing articulation, fluency, voice, and language.
  • Track and document student progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed.
  • Maintain communication with families and school personnel.

Job description

Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – School-Based Experience
Position Overview

We are seeking dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists to support K–12 students across Texas for the remainder of the 2025–2026 school year. We have remote, hybrid, and on-site roles across the state of Texas. Fully remote roles are 1099, while hybrid and on-site are W2 contract roles.

In this role, the SLP will assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders while partnering closely with teachers, families, and school teams. You will develop individualized treatment plans and deliver virtual therapy services designed to enhance student communication and academic success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech and language needs for K–12 students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with teachers and parents
  • Provide direct therapy services addressing articulation, fluency, voice, and language
  • Track and document student progress; adjust treatment strategies as needed
  • Maintain communication with families and school personnel
  • Participate in virtual school meetings and ongoing professional development
