Job summary

Westside Children’s Therapy Inc. in Park Ridge, IL, is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver pediatric therapy and build strong client-family collaborations.

The role focuses on developing individualized treatment plans for ages birth through 18, promoting communication skills, feeding therapy options, and AAC evaluations within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Pass the Praxis Examination in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Completion of your Clinical Fellowship Year.
• SLP licensure or license eligible, in the state of Illinois.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and implement treatment plans for pediatric clients, from birth to age 18.
• Create client specific goals focused on effective communication, utilizing verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
• Provide support and guidance to the clients’ family enabling them to foster the behaviors and practices implemented in treatment.
