Job summary

Westside Children’s Therapy Inc. is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to help children build communication skills from birth to 18 years old. You will develop and implement tailored treatment plans and track progress with a goal of meaningful communication outcomes.

You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and may specialize in areas such as Feeding Therapy and AAC evaluations, while guiding families to reinforce strategies at home and in daily routines.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Pass the Praxis Examination in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
• SLP licensure or license eligibility in Illinois.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and implement treatment plans for pediatric clients, birth to 18.
• Create client-specific goals focused on effective communication.
• Provide guidance to families to support the behaviors and practices implemented in treatment.
