Qualifications

• Master of Science in Speech/Language Pathology required.
• Licensure or Certification as required by State guidelines.
• CPR Certification.
• 1 year Speech/Language Pathology experience preferred.
• 1-2 years’ experience in a residential/assisted living or skilled nursing facility preferred.
• CFY (Clinical Fellowship Year) candidates will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Screening, evaluation and treatment.
• Treatment planning, goal setting, family education and documentation.
• Coordinate with cross-disciplinary teams to ensure consistent patient care.
• Participate in quality assurance and customer service activities.

Ensures cross-disciplinary coordination in order to provide for consistent patient care. Participates in quality assurance and customer service activities. Requirements
