Job summary

Ampersand Therapy is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists for a school-based role in Fayetteville, NC. You will provide speech-language services, support articulation and language skills, and collaborate with teachers to implement IEP goals in a K-12 setting.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders required.
• Valid North Carolina SLP license or ability to obtain.
• NC Education License from NCDPI eligible after licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services in a K-12 school setting.
• Conduct assessments and write evaluation reports.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams.
• Support articulation, language, fluency, and social communication.
• Maintain documentation, progress notes, and compliance records.
