Job summary

Topaz HR Advisory is seeking a dedicated SLP clinician for in-person school-based therapy in Fairfield, CA. The role involves comprehensive assessments and individualized treatment plans to support children's communication development.

You will collaborate with families and educators, monitor progress, and adapt goals to meet IEP objectives while working within a supportive clinical team. Competitive hourly compensation and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Minimum one (1) year of experience.
• Strong understanding of pediatric speech and language development.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with children and families.
• Experience with early intervention strategies is preferred.

A nationwide provider of comprehensive school-based therapy services is seeking dedicated SLP clinicians to support and develop students' critical communication skills. Your contributions will directlyimpactthe lives of diverse children and their families, ensuring they receive the assistance they need.

Location: Fairfield, CA
Job Type: Full-Time
Work Setting: In-Person (School-Based)
Compensation: $55.00 - $86.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to determine speech and language needs of children
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results
• Provide engaging speech therapy sessions tailored to each child's unique needs
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes
