Therapy Management Corporation (TMC) is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to provide patient-centered therapy for adults and seniors. You’ll work in a collaborative clinical environment to improve communication, cognition and swallowing while focusing on quality outcomes and clinical autonomy.

Qualifications

• Licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) or license eligible in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited Speech Language Pathologist program.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and provide personalized speech therapy services for adult/geriatric populations.
• Develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans addressing speech, language, cognition and swallowing goals.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy interventions to support functional independence.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff for optimal outcomes.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure continuity of care.

• Develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans focused on speech, language, cognitive and swallowing rehabilitation goals
• Deliver evidence-based therapy interventions that support functional independence in adult and geriatric patients
• Partner with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to support strong patient outcomes and continuity of care
