Job summary

Therapy Management Corporation (TMC) is seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to serve adults and geriatric patients. You will deliver patient-centered speech therapy focused on functional outcomes and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality outcomes.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and provide personalized speech therapy services that improve communication, cognition, swallowing function and overall quality of life
• Develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans focused on speech, language, cognitive and swallowing rehabilitation goals
• Deliver evidence-based therapy interventions that support functional independence in adult and geriatric patients
• Partner with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to support strong patient outcomes and continuity of care
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on individual rehabilitation needs

Qualifications

• Licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) or license eligible in the state of practice
• Graduate of an accredited Speech Language Pathologist program
• Interest or experience in geriatric rehabilitation or senior living therapy
