Job summary

Therapy Management Corporation (TMC) is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to provide patient-centered therapy for adult and geriatric patients. You will evaluate, plan, and deliver speech therapy services, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to improve communication and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Licensed or license-eligible SLP in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited Speech Language Pathology program.
• Interest or experience in geriatric rehabilitation or senior living therapy.
• Passion for patient-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and provide personalized speech therapy services to improve communication, cognition, and swallowing.
• Develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans with goals for speech, language, cognition, and swallowing.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy interventions to support functional independence in adults and elders.
• Partner with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to support outcomes and continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with clinical protocols.
