Qualifications

• Licensed Speech Language Pathologist in the state of practice or license eligible
• Graduate of an accredited Speech Language Pathologist program
• Interest or experience in geriatric rehabilitation or senior living therapy
• Passion for patient-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and provide personalized speech therapy services for adults and geriatric clients
• Develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans for speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing goals
• Deliver evidence-based therapy interventions to support functional independence
• Partner with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to support outcomes
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and monitor progress to adjust plans as needed

• Develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans focused on speech, language, cognitive and swallowing rehabilitation goals
• Deliver evidence-based therapy interventions that support functional independence in adult and geriatric patients
• Partner with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to support strong patient outcomes and continuity of care
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on individual rehabilitation needs
