Job summary

Therapy Care in Illinois is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (CFY) to join a dynamic, supportive team with a 34-year track record. You’ll participate in a comprehensive CF mentorship, attend rounding and professional development meetings, and engage in social events with clinicians.

Responsibilities

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
• Provide direct intervention to students with various communication disorders.
• Collaborate with educators to integrate goals into the curriculum.
• Educate families and caregivers on techniques to improve communication.

Your Responsibilities:

• Speech Language Pathologist will conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate students' speech, language, fluency, and social communication skills.
• Speech Language Pathologist will develop individualized treatment plans and goals based on assessment findings and student needs.
• Speech Language Pathologist will provide direct intervention services to students with various communication disorders and delays.
• Speech Language Pathologist will collaborate with educators to integrate speech and language goals into the academic curriculum.
• Speech Language Pathologist will educate and empower students, families, and caregivers on techniques for improving communication and language skills.
• Speech Language Pathologist will maintain accurate documentation of assessments, progress notes, and treatment plans.

Compensation: Up to $60/hour* depending on experience, setting and client placement.
