Therapy Care, Ltd. is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist or CFY to join a supportive team with a robust CF mentorship program. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide direct therapy while collaborating with educators to embed communication goals in the curriculum.

Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an ASHA-accredited program.
  • Illinois SLP license or eligibility.
  • PEL license or eligibility in Illinois.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' speech, language, fluency, and social communication skills.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and goals based on assessments and student needs.
  • Provide direct intervention services to students with communication disorders and delays.
  • Collaborate with educators to integrate speech and language goals into the academic curriculum.
  • Educate families and caregivers on techniques to improve communication and language skills.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, progress notes, and treatment plans.
