Job summary

Therapy Care, Ltd. is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist or CFY to join a supportive pediatric team.

You will participate in a comprehensive CF mentorship program, meet your CF mentor, be part of rounding and professional development meetings, and attend social events with other clinicians.

The role focuses on direct therapy for children birth-3 with speech and language delays, collaboration with OTs and educators, annual re-evaluations, and active participation in the IFSP process.

Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an ASHA-accredited program.
  • Illinois Speech-Language Pathology License or eligible to obtain.
  • Illinois Professional Educator's License (PEL) or eligible to obtain.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' speech, language, fluency, and social communication skills.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and goals based on assessments.
  • Provide direct intervention services to students with various communication disorders.
  • Collaborate with educators to integrate speech and language goals into the curriculum.
  • Educate and empower students, families, and caregivers on communication techniques.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, progress notes, and plans.

Your Responsibilities:

Compensation:

Up to $60/hour* depending on experience, setting and client placement.
